Modified PVT Histogram

This is a modified version of the Price Volume Trend Indicator (PVT). This indicator takes three different moving averages of the PVT and outputs three different values: green = there is positive volume in the market and to look for long trades, yellow = volume is undecided and the market is sideways, and red = there is negative volume in the market and to look for short trades.
